Purchase of sale items are final.
We do not offer refunds for sale items.
Exchange for a different size, or product are accepted, if we can't offer a different size, and you can't find a suitable alternative, the purchase price (minus shipping) will be issued as a Credit Note.
If the item is damaged or faulty (and this wasn't made clear originally) we will offer a refund, exchange or credit note.
Expect your package in the post within 24 hours of ordering, unless it's the weekend.
All online orders will receive a tracking number via email.
Returns Policy Conditions
If you would like to refund or exchange your purchase, the item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
It must have all tags attached and be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) of purchase.
For health reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on hosiery or earrings for pierced ears.
Please use a tracked service to return your item to ensure the safe return of your garments. If you choose not to return your item using a tracked service we will not be able to refund you should the item be lost in the post.
The item must be returned within a 2 week period. Outside this time we cannot offer you a refund, exchange or credit note.
We will cover the cost of re-sending your new item to you within Australia, should you need to exchange something.
We use Australia Post pre-paid satchels, and will send your new item via standard post.
Due to the expense of international shipping we are unable to offer free postage on exchanged items.
